Mompreneur Mama You are SEEN
Mommy Guilt Built This
There’s a kind of guilt that lives quietly inside so many mothers.
The guilt of missing a school event because you had inventory to unpack.
The guilt of answering emails during bedtime stories.
The guilt of building a dream while wondering if you’re giving enough of yourself to everyone else.
For years, I carried that guilt with me.
I’m a mother, entrepreneur, author, survivor, and the founder of Luxury Guilt — a brand that was built from faith, sacrifice, long nights, and a desire to create something meaningful for my children and for other women who are trying to do it all.
Before entrepreneurship, I spent decades in corporate America learning business, leadership, customer service, and resilience. I gave everything to my career while still trying to show up fully as a mother. Eventually, I took a leap of faith and bet on myself. What started as a dream grew into Luxury Guilt — a boutique created for families who love fashion, luxury, and self-expression without the guilt of breaking the bank.
But the truth is… building a business while raising children isn’t glamorous every day.
There were moments I questioned myself. Moments I was exhausted. Moments I wondered if I was pouring so much into everyone else that I forgot about me. And then life forced me to slow down when I suffered two strokes shortly after opening my business. That season changed me forever.
It taught me that success means nothing if you neglect yourself.
This blog was created for every woman juggling motherhood, business, healing, purpose, relationships, finances, faith, and identity. The moms building businesses from kitchen tables. The women crying in bathrooms before showing up strong for everyone else. The dreamers trying to survive and succeed at the same time.
Here, we’ll talk about:
- Mompreneur life behind the scenes
- Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship
- Healing while building
- Fashion, confidence, and self-expression

- Real conversations about mommy guilt
Because the truth is — mommy guilt never fully disappears. But I’m learning that guilt doesn’t mean you’re failing. Sometimes it simply means you care deeply.
And if no one has told you lately:
You are allowed to chase your dreams and be an amazing mother.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to evolve.
You are allowed to choose yourself too.
Welcome to The Mompreneur Blog.
A safe place for ambitious mothers building beautiful lives — one lesson, one prayer, one breakthrough at a time.
With love,
Miss KP
